Mpact1 Children's Ministry Opportunities


We are so excited for you to become a part of the Mpact1 Children's Ministry Challenge at Cornerstone Assembly of God. This challenge is an opportunity for people to make a large and lasting difference in the lives of the next generation. By serving at least 24 hours of your 8,760 hours in a year, you can make a eternal impact in the life of a child.


Our hope is that every parent who has a child actively involved in our Children's Ministry will take up this challenge, by serving as little as one service a month.


Activate Kids Ministry serves over 100 kids two times every week. In order to continue to proved the best care and ministry for our children, we require 50 volunteers for our Sunday morning programs, and 30 for our Wednesday Night Kids Clubs. We don't expect you to save the world, we just want to impact the life of at least 1.


Here are a few ways that you can help to impact one:

First Impression Team/ Kiosk Support- Greet and sign in children and first time guest

Hall Monitors- Assisting classrooms and helping maintain order

Security- Patrolling hallways and assisting with check-out
Lead Teachers- Responsible for teaching the lesson provide lesson to the children

Assistant Teachers- Assisting the lead teacher with classroom control
Nursery- Teaching our little ones the Word of God through singing, and/or carpet time
HOPE- Helping our special needs children to learn about God, but releasing energy as needed
Kids Life Groups- Guiding the kids through various biblical topics in a small group setting
Kids Church- Teaching biblical principles through practical applications
Kids Clubs & Blast Off- Nurturing our children in their different gifts through boys and girls mentorship, or through one of our specialty clubs, Blast Off; a hands-on, sports based ministry.
